  • Juby McDonald Inc. is not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors.

SHIPPING COST AND METHODS

  • We ship to most countries to a physical address only (no PO boxes).
  • Most standard shipping orders placed by 5 p.m. AEST will be processed on the same business day, and will be shipped within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to payment approval.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • We ship exclusively through FEDEX and on dispatch you will be emailed a tracking confirmation number which includes a hyperlink directly to FEDEX.COM

SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS

  • Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

TAXES & DUTIES

  • All shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.

CHANGE/CANCEL EXISTING ORDER

  • Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or alter an order that you have already placed.
  • However, returning or exchanging your purchase is easy; for additional information, please visit our returns page or contact us via email at returns@jubymcdonald.com . We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to assisting you!

 

PRE-ORDER

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received by our distribution center or that has been sold out and is being restocked. You may still order these items and we’ll ship your purchase to you when we receive your merchandise. To pre-order an item, you will need to add the available product, color and size to your shopping cart as you would do to place a regular order. You will then need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it out to you.

•     When you purchase a pre-order merchandise the expected ship date will be emailed to you.
•     Please note that you will be charged for the item once the order is placed as this secure the item for you.
•     Not all items that go out of stock will be available for pre-order.
•     Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. JUBYMCDONALD.COM is not responsible for typographical errors.
•     If you decide that you no longer want an item that you have purchased on pre-order, you may cancel your order; for more information, contact us via email at            returns@jubymcdonald.com
•    When making a purchase that includes a pre-order item and an available item, both the items will be shipped together when the pre-order item is in stock.
•    If you do not want to wait for regular orders until pre order items are available, please email us on info@jubymcdonald.com and let us know. We will send you the available items separately and notify you when the pre-order items will be sent. You will be charged shipping again for pre-order items and you will need to pay it directly to our PayPal account with the title Pre-Order Shipping. This means you will get two shipments, one for regular available items and one for pre-order items. 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

  • If an item that you have purchased from JUBYMCDONALD.COM goes on temporary sale or is permanently marked down within 10 days from the date of your purchase, you may contact us for a one-time price adjustment on that item. Credit will be applied back to your original form of payment.
  • If you place an order during a promotion and would like to exchange your item for a different size but still retain the sale price, simply contact us within our 30-day return window to process an exchange.
